Introduction
Tasteless. Micro moisture absorption. Heating to 225-250 ℃ to produce acidic sodium pyrophosphate, 350-400 ℃ to form sodium metaphosphate. Median lethal dose (rat, muscle) 250mg/kg. Easily soluble in water, the aqueous solution is acidic, can agglomerate in humid air, and is almost insoluble in ethanol. When heated to 100 ℃, it dehydrates, generates sodium pyrophosphate at 190-210 ℃, and decomposes into sodium metaphosphate at 280-300 ℃. Solubility in water: 850g/L (20°C)
