Synthesis Method
Under argon atmosphere and at -78 °C, diisobutylaluminum hydride (DIBAL-H) is slowly added to a solution of a specific ester (CAS: 64713-73-1) in anhydrous dichloromethane. After reaction completion, the mixture is quenched with 10% NaOH solution, warmed to room temperature, and stirred for 1 hour. The organic layer is separated, extracted with DCM, washed with brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, filtered, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude product is purified by flash column chromatography to yield the target compound.
